Bishkek, July 20, 2018. / Kabar /. Students from India during a press conference in Bishkek complained of extortion at a university.

The students said that a founder of the International University of Science and Business took from each student $ 2 thousand 900 and they can not finish their studies.

One of the students Huria Khan said that there are about 60 students who gave money, among them local students as well.

"We gave all the money into his hands. There is no library, there are no conditions at the university. There was no heating in winter, we studied sitting in coats. Also there was no cash register, all money was paid to his hands. In December of last year, he again began to demand payment for the contract, and after that we saw that 60 students had already been remanded,” said Huria Khan.

She also added that then the guards didn’t allow them to enter the university, and the founder threatened with his connections with the officials.

"Our parents send us to study, they sold land, so that we become doctors, and here we can not pass exams. The founder did not even pay salary to teachers," she said.

Students asked to clarify the situation, they have already written 22 applications to the State Service for Combating Economic Crimes.
